“Hello everyone…Hope you are all doing well.”
He blinked a little.
“Shopp-ing?” He shook his head. That wasn’t his thing at all. He remembered old old days where he was dragged along with Amy to shop anyways, so what was the difference now..? Just to have more time with her he nodded slightly.
“Not been my hobby, but I’ll join.”
Amy’s smile grew as she took one of his hands in her own lightly. “Great! This’ll be so fun!” The other pulled him along with her gently, walking off towards the mall. At least he wasn’t running away, right?
“So…tell me about yourself!” Amy’s words were gentle as she looked over to him, a curious glint in her eyes. He was from a different zone. He had to of been different from her Sonic…right?

He let out a sigh in relief and tightened the grip on her, just liking to have someone with him right now.. He pulled away sooner of later so it wouldn’t end up awkward for her or anything, then he nodded with a smile.
“Thank you, Amy.”
She smiled and lifted one hand to give the blue hedgie a playful salute. “No problem!” she giggled happily. It seemed that the previous conversation hadn’t put a dent in her mood the slightest bit.
After a moment she tilted her head. It would be a shame to just end their little conversation there- besides, she was bored. Maybe they could find something to do.
“Hey, do you like shopping?” Her tone an innocent one as she looked to the other. It seemed that she was still Amy, either zone or way.

“I’m Mephiles. Mephiles the Dark.” He didn’t give her much of a welcoming look, just raised his eyebrow at the wave.
She gave a weak smile and nodded. “It’s nice to meet you Mephiles.” Despite the other’s appearance and gesture towards her, she stayed warm and polite, always open to meeting new people.
He smiled softly, happy that she understood and accepted him for what he was. Usually people would get scared, attack or run away..
“Thank you, Amy,” he said and wrapped his arms around her. It was good to know that he had someone who wouldn’t be too scared..
“Promise me that if you ever see me while my thirst for blood is high, stay away from me so I don’t hurt you.. And also take care of everyone else close to you so I won’t hurt anyone.. Please?”
The pink hedgehog smiled warmly and wrapped her arms around the other, hugging him warmly. He looked like he could use a little affection and comfort. Keeping him in the embrace she nodded, looking up to him with jade eyes.
“Of course.” Her voice stern to let him know she understood.

“Hello, who are you?”
Amy smiled and gave a small wave. “Hello! My name is Amy, Amy Rose. And yours, sir?”
He let out a soft groan and placed his hand on his forehead, looking at Amy with almost worried eyes. He was scared.. What if his bloodlust suddenly took over and he attacked her? He could never..
“Amy.. I am sorry if this shocks you.. It shocked me as well to wake up like this. I hope it doesn’t change our friendship.. I just couldn’t keep something like this to myself. I couldn’t keep it hidden from you.. I’m just being honest so I don’t hurt you..”
The Rose was quiet once more as he spoke, letting her know what was up. Her expression stayed the same- blank, and if anything but that: curious. She stepped forward, hands still clasped behind her back.
“It’s….okay, Sonic. I understand.” She said, eyes locked on him. It was true; she didn’t look afraid. It was just…new to her. “I appreciate you telling me, anyways.” Her smile returning once again.

He sighed and let his ears lower and his gaze turn to the ground. He couldn’t keep a secret like that for Amy.. She deserved better. Plus, if he was about to hurt her, she would be able to understand and run away.
“Amy.. I need to show you something..” He didn’t hesitate and opened his mouth, letting his fangs grow out large.
At first Amy went quiet, listening to his words. But as he opened his mouth, revealing the glistening fangs her own eyes widened, causing her to stumble back a bit from surprise. What in Mobius…was…?
“S-Sonic?…” She mumbled, looking at him softly. She didn’t seem afraid…More so confused. For sure, she had seen far worse things than a vampire.

He chuckled at the hug again, not being able to hug back before she pulled away again. He tilted his head a little and his ears twitched as he watched her, then they once again twitched at her question about how he was.
The smile that had been on his lips immediately faded, but he quickly faked a new one and nodded.
“I’ve been fine,” he said, not knowing how much he lied about that.
“I’m happy to hear it!” Amy clasped her hands behind her back and smiled big, pleased that her blue friend was in a good mood.
It was always nice to see others around her like that. And if they weren’t happy, she’d usually cheer them up anyways. Although it did seem like something was off. She just couldn’t put her finger on it..
